Woolworths AU Monster Burgers

Ingredients:
- 500g lean pork mince
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slices tasty cheese
- 4 brioche buns, split, toasted
- 1 head gem lettuce, leaves seperated
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 black olives, halved
Method:
Step 1:
Combine pork mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, spring onion and 2 tbs Heinz Tomato Ketchup in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 4 patties and place on a large plate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm.
Step 2:
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes each side, until cooked through.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, trim one side of each cheese slice in a zigzag pattern to create sharp teeth.
Step 4:
Place bun base on a board. Top each with lettuce, a patty, cheese and sliced tomato. Drizzle with half the remaining Heinz Tomato Ketchup. Sandwich with bun tops.
Step 5:
Using the picture as a guide, arrange 2 cherry tomato halves and 2 olive halves on each bun top. Using toothpicks, secure in place to create eyes. Serve with remaining Heinz Tomato Ketchup.
Woolworths Boo-Nanas
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas, peeled
- 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 12 Currants

Method:
Step 1:
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Halve bananas diagonally. Carefully insert a wooden stick into cut-sides of bananas. Place on tray. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Step 2:
Place yoghurt in a tall skinny glass. Dip bananas, one at a time, into yoghurt to almost coat, allowing any excess yoghurt to drip off before returning to the tray.
Step 3:
To create eyes, place 2 currants on each banana, then gently press to secure. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Serve.
Woolworths Spooky Mocktail

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- Sour snakes, to decorate
- Lollies, to decorate
Method:
Step 1:
Pour the cranberry juice into two glasses. Add your favourite spooky lollies and fresh or frozen strawberries
Step 2:
Top with sparkling water.
Step 3:
Hang sour snakes or teeth on the side of the glass to serve.

Spooky Cocktails
Drunk Ghost

Ingredients:
- 60ml coconut rum
- 30ml vanilla vodka
- 60ml coconut cream
- 120ml Sprite

Method:
Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2: Add the coconut rum, vanilla vodka, and coconut cream.
Step 3: Shake well until the coconut cream is fully mixed.
Step 4: Strain into a glass over fresh ice (if desired.
Step 5: Top with Sprite.
Step 6: Garnish with a ghost marshmellow (or similar fun garnish) and serve.

Witches Brew Cocktail
Ingredients:
- Cinnamon, to rim glass
- Lime, to rim glass
- 2 kiwifruits, peeled and diced
- Ice cubes
- 2 tbs simple syrup
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 70ml Apple Schnapps
- 45ml Vodka
- Granny Smith apple, sliced, to serve

Method:
Step 1: Prepare glass: Rub a slice of lime on the rim of the martini glasses, then roll the edges in cinnamon.
Step 2: Add kiwifruit to a blender and blend (or mash by hand) to make a smooth purée.
Step 3: Pour the kiwi purée into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, then pour the remaining ingredients into the cocktail shaker. Shake until mixed.
Step 4: Immediately pour the drink into the prepared glasses.
Step 5: Garnish with apple slices and serve.

Halloween Sangria

Ingredients:
- 3 large Granny Smith apples
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ice
- 2 blood oranges, thinly sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 bottle light red wine (e.g. Pinot Noir)
- 3 cups Italian soda (orange, blood orange. or pomegranate)
- 90 ml crème de cassis
- 45ml simple syrup

Method:
Step 1: Slice apples lengthwise into 1/2″-thick slices. Using a ghost-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 12 ghost-shaped apple pieces. Using a straw or skewer, punch 3 holes into each apple to form eyes and a mouth. Transfer to a medium bowl, add lemon juice, and lightly toss to coat.
Step 2: Filla large punch bowl with ice. Add apple ghosts, orange slices, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds and gently toss to combine.
Step 3: Add wine, soda, créme de cassis, and simple syrup and stir until combined. Serve cold.
